Chief Operating Officer
Born and raised on the island of Oahu, Ms. Padunan, has worked as a registered nurse for the past 13 years, building her experience working with individuals of all ages and ethnic backgrounds in various aspects of nursing. She attended Kapi’olani and Leeward Community colleges for her education, and completed her Bachelor’s in Nursing at Hawaii Pacific University.
She worked as an RN at The Arc in Hawaii for 2 years, working closely with individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities, in the Intermediate Care Facilities, and was later promoted to charge nurse in which she had the opportunity to train/teach in VISIONS at the ARC. Other work experiences also include working as an RN in the Women’s Correctional Facility and Home Health Care. She was also an instructor for MANDT System.
Ms. Padunan joined Aloha Habilitation Services in 2007, where she currently holds the position of Director of Programs, working closely with individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities. Other than her nursing career, she also enjoys spending precious time with her children, traveling, and reading books from her favorite author, Anne Rice.
